WEDDING PREREQUISITES:

• BRIDE + AT LEAST 4 OTHERS (BRIDAL PARTY) REQUIRED TO BE BOOKED FOR ON-SITE SERVICES.

          (OR $800 min booking requirement per stylist per day. Due to high demand for wedding bookings on Saturdays on location, a minimum booking ensures that the absence of the stylist outside of the salon is not lost for that day. Less services done on site reflects a higher charge. If this isn't in your budget, you may contact Chelsea for in-salon rates.)

• Please use contact form to inquire about wedding date. If date is available a contract will be sent over to be signed as soon as possible.
• Once you have your date CONFIRMED BY CHELSEA, your contract and a non-refundable booking deposit of $150 is due (can be paid by anyone either cash or credit(2.6% fee applied)). This fee is to hold your wedding date and takes care of any back end work done outside of the day of.
• BOOKING DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID FOR DATE TO BE CONFIRMED.
• Day of services may be paid by CASH or CREDIT(2.6% fee applied) are due FIVE DAYS up to the DAY OF wedding. Please have payment as ONE envelope or charge per stylist. 
• Payment five days prior to day of is accepted and preferred, so that there is no confusion or missing payments not accounted for. We reserve the right to charge a $35/day late fee if payment is not made the day of service.
• Payments per individual of bridal party is NO longer accepted.
• Please note: that in the event that ANY party included in this contract does not receive a service the day of wedding, payment for their service will still be due.
• If for any reason you need to cancel your contract with us, or change the amount of people receiving services, it is required to notify us IN WRITING via email AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to your wedding day.
• TRAVELING ON-SITE:
• Travel Fee(per stylist): 
• $50 — PA under 1.5 hrs distance
•  $75 — PA over 2 hrs
• $100 — outside PA within 2hrs
• $100+ lodging — outside 2 hrs
